Lodge Leadership Development
Thursday September 10, 2009 4:17 pm
Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is approaching very fast. This is an event you do not want to miss. LLD is a weekend of fun and fellowship without the work that comes during the fellowship weekends. If you want to learn more about OA, the lodge, or are just looking to have a lot of fun, then LLD is the place for you.
We are honored to have two special guests with us at this event, the
current Central Region Chief for the OA, as well as the 2008 National
Chief. We also have quite a handful of new trainings that will be
taught, including some directly from the 2009 NOAC. This LLD is
promising to be very successful and different than previous LLD’s. If
you have come to LLD before, you should come anyways to have an
entirely new experience.
LLD will be held on Nov. 14th-15th at the American Legion Hall 964 in
Lake Zurich. Please plan on arriving around 11 am on Saturday. Lunch
will be provided upon your arrival. We would like to begin trainings as
soon as possible.
If you are new to the lodge we encourage you to attend! This is a very
good opportunity of understanding how the OA functions as well as
getting to know some fellow arrowmen of Lakota Lodge. If you are new to
the lodge you do not want to miss out on this unique experience.
Please contact me before October 23rd if you are planning on attending
Lodge Leadership Development.. The cost is only $7 if you notify us
before the 23rd. Any notifications after the 23rd will cost $10. You
are allowed to show up on Saturday if you have not told us, but we
encourage you to notify us before hand so that we can plan accordingly
with the amount of people we have signed up.
If you have any questions regarding Lodge Leadership Development, please contact me at sig1145 at yahoo.com
I look forward to seeing all of you in November,
Robert P.
Lodge Leadership Development Chairman
