The Summer Fellowship at Camp Lakota is full of Fellowship, Friendship, Fun and Cheerful Service!

Check-in begins at 6 p.m. on Friday night and check-out is after 10 a.m. on
Sunday.

Current eligible Ordeal members are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to get
their Brotherhood at this event.

The Vigil Honor will also be conducted.
All Vigil Honor members are encouraged to attend.

There will be NO Ordeal
ceremony at this event.

R.D. Dunkin Leadership in Service Award

Lakota lodge would like to congratulate Richie Ferolo and Mr. Mike Tangen on receiving the R.D. Dunkin leadership in service award. They are part of the first class to receive this award. The R.D. Dunkin leadership in service award was designed to recognize those within Section C-7, who have gone far beyond their immediate responsibilities as Arrow men and by doing so have laid a path of excellence for Arrow men to follow.

This years Spring Fellowship will be held at Camp Napowan on May 13-15, 2011.

Each Chapter needs to provide: 4 Elangomats, 2 Nimats, and 2 kitchen helpers.

Elangomat training will be held during the first Wednesday of April and May starting at 7:00pm at the NWSC Service Center.

Lakota Lodge is revising the By-Laws!!

If you have any comments on the changes, please come to the Operations Meeting on May 4.

Starting at 7:00pm, the Key 5 will be open to comments and other revisions.

At the Spring Fellowship on May 13-15, the entire youth membership that is in attendance will vote on the revisions.

Lakota Lodge Members,

2011 Dues are $10, the same price as 2010.

Please turn in your dues with your updated information sheet that was sent to you via mail.

If your unit pays your OA dues, please send in your information sheet. This will help maintain our records now that we are using a new system called Lodgemaster.

All dues and information sheets should be turned in by December 31, 2010.

For 2011, you will recieve your Membership Card early in the year. This entitles you to all the rights and privileges of an Order of the Arrow member.

Congratulations to Jonathan Hillis as the 2011 National Chief and Daniel Dick as the 2011 National Vice Chief.

Jonathan is from Tonkawa Lodge, Capitol Area Council #564.

Daniel is from Wulapeju Lodge, Blackhawk Area Council #660.

The 2011 Central Region Chief is Collin Huerter.

Council of Chiefs! It is on January 23. It is a gathering
of all Lodge's in our Section. This is going to be a very fun
event. It is at the Allstate Arena. The meeting starts at 12:00pm.
At 3:00pm, the puck is dropped for the Wolves Game! Last year
Lakota had the largest number of attendees, we want to do that
again this year!!!

It costs $15 for Lakota Lodge Members.
